Ordering from CrystalGems.co.uk (terms & conditions)

Please note that although the product photos on this website represent an accurate as possible image of the products offered, we cannot guarantee an exact match due to the nature of natural gemstones and other materials.  Therefore, colouring, patterns, shapes and sizes may vary slightly to those shown on the product photos on this website.

Order Processing: 
Most orders are processed and sent within 24-48 hours, but please allow up to 14 days for some orders. If we expect any delays we will contact you with details.

Occasionally, at certain times during the year, there may be a slight delay in processing orders. Please check our notice page before placing your order to check if there are currently any expected delays with order processing.

Payment: 
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Solo, American Express and PayPal (don't have a credit/debit card?). Please use the Shopping Cart system for ALL methods of payment. Secure credit/debit card payments are processed securely by PayPal - you don't need a PayPal account to submit payment. Due to bank and credit card charges, we do have to impose a small minimum order value of £4.75 which includes the postage and packing cost of £1.95. So the items you order should amount to at least £2.95 + post & packing.

Postal Cost:
A £1.95 post and packing charge is applied to all orders.

Delivery: 
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Currently, we can only accept orders for delivery to UK postal addresses. 

Refunds: 
We provide a 7 day refund or exchange policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, provided that goods are returned to us unused, undamaged, still sealed (where applicable) and in the same condition they were received. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt along with your order number. Please contact us before returning any items so that we can give you the return address. Please do not return to the PO Box address. We strongly recommend that you return items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered returns. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned items.
